HOW AP WORKS
AP is a self-cleaning screen changer. The AP filtering cartridges are cleaned or replaced without production cycle interruption; your extrusion system will reach and maintain extreme stability during the extrusion run, your manufacturing process will reach top quality.
TWO PARALLEL FILTERING CARTRIDGES
The AP screen changer incorporates two parallel filtering cartridges that are automatically cleaned one by one, an exclusive Cofit patent, without being taken out of the equipment. While a cartridge is in cleaning mode, the melt flows uninterruptedly through the second filtering cartridge. And your extrusion line is never stopped!
Screen replacement is required only periodically. Screen replacement is done without interruption of the extrusion process.
